Hello all!

I'm in trouble here I signed up for the free gallery, and it made my listings so slow to download, it crashes my computer everytime I try to look at a listing.

I have tried to contact vendio personal via email, but was ignored. I am desperate! I need to terminate my account and get this gallery out of my listings before I go crazy! LOL

Anybody knows how to end this gallery? I have a Mac computer (just in case).

Hello,

To cancel your Vendio Gallery, please log in and go to My Account -> My Payment Plans. Where your Gallery plan is listed, click on the 'see other plans' link. At the bottom of this page is a link to discontinue your Gallery.

When did you email us regarding cancelling the gallery? Did you email us from the Contact Us form?

Hi Sonya, I email from the contact form and that was last Thursday or Wed (can't think of the exact date).
