I've had the gallery for two weeks. Last week I made a an error in the host url and didn't have any photos for my auctions for the whole week. I listed new auctions last night and have no gallery this morning. I don't know what the problem is - does this mean I'm going to go another week without the pictures in the gallery. I was looking forward to using the gallery, but I'm getting frustrated. It seems like the gallery should be available after a boo boo is fixed and in this case, I have no idea why it's not showing up.
The gallery is not missing because of an error with your listed host URL, your eBay ID or password are stored incorrectly, so we cannot add the gallery to your listings on your behalf.
Please check the eBay account information that you have stored under My Account -> Auction Site Accounts. You may edit this information by clicking the "edit" link next to the account entry, or remove it altogether by clicking "remove".
We also recommend that you test the validity of your eBay ID and password by logging in directly at the auction site before editing the information.

Thank you Christopher. I've fixed my account information. Will the gallery be added now? Or will I have to wait until I list more new auctions?
With the correct username and pasword in place, it will go in and update your existing items for you. Check in about an hour and they should all have the gallery.

In addition to only having the red curtains in my gallery, not all my auctions even have a gallery. I sure would like to get the gallery working for me
I am checking on this for you. I didn't see any auctions that didn't contain the gallery so if there are still some without gallery, please let us know the item numbers.
We have located the source of the problem. The reason your first image is not being imported into the gallery is because after the URL to your image, the new line character is being included in the image URL (i.e. src="URL\n". If you are inserting this in your program, please stop inserting it so that the gallery can grab your images properly. If you aren't inserting it, we recommend that you bring this up with his current listing tool provider as a bug, or an issue to fix, because it's not standard HTML coding practice.
If you have any more questions please do not hesitate to ask.

I've been waiting since last week for my gallery to be repaired. I've sent all the info requested to support and received an email saying that technicians would get on the problem, first thing yesterday. I have emailed support and asked for an update, with no reponse. I'm beginning to run out of patience with this problem. The gallery is embarrassing - since it is picking up the incorrect image and in most cases, not picking up the photo at all. How do I get support to respond?

Christopher,
Yes, right after I posted here, I received an email from support regarding the code problems. I replied right away with an explanation from my programmer. The problem is - unless I post here, I don't get a response from support Support emails me and then I respond - then I wait another day for support to respond and so on. Sigh . . .
We do apologize for the delay in response time to that last specific email. All others were addressed as they were received in the queue, as we did earlier to todays email.
We were glad to hear that this company will finally address this nonstandard formatting glitch. Once they format your first attached image properly, as the second one is now, this issue should be resolved.
