Would you help me to figure out my problem?
I signed up yesterday at 5 pm for Vendio Gallery. The gallery was inserted automatically in all of mine 130 listings. No pictures though - curtains instead.
What did I do wrong?
the id, the preferences - I checked everything many times - I am ready to give up - those curtains sliding on and on - it just looks awful on my auctions. Also, I wasted so much time on trying to figure it out, sent 3 emails to customer support - no progress whatsoever.

It looks like one of a few things could be happening. It could be that morezmore.com link you provided isn't correct (but it looks to be ok; you may have to put morezmore.com/gallery...but I'm not sure, so contact morezmore); it could be the Java script ebay is providing in the beginning of the auction; lastly, if you had the settings for the Gallery wrong at Vendio and have since corrected them, these changes will only take place on new auctions.
Contact morezmore and verify that you have the right information. Let us know the results. When you do, also tell us if you've changed the settings for the Gallery at Vendio. We can try manually updating your listings once we've narrowed down the problem.

Dear DarinCS,
Thank you for trying to figure it out. Bob from your company already checked into morezmore link and corrected it. The actions listed that day started to show the images after he did what he did.
Then I put more auction on the next day and yesterday. New auctions did not get the gallery inserted and also the new auctions' thumbnails do not make it to the existing Vendio galleries that are already running.
I started to insert the galleries manually to see if that will help, but no, it did not.
Right now what I would need to keep Vendio subscription (and I really WOULD LOVE to) is the following:
I will manually insert the gallery code into each auction, no problem with that, I just include it into the template.
So all I need from Vendio is to extract the thumbnails from the NEWLY listed auctions and include them into the scrolling gallery, because I will not be able to do that.

I will also send this message to Bob, because he is apparently already looked into it and has a good idea about the issue.

I'll have to have engineering help me to look into this deeper. Right now, I'm stumped on why it won't work.

Hello,
What are some of the item numbers you have noticed don't appear in your gallery? Your settings look good, we will need to take a look at those that aren't appearing so we can narrow down the problem.
