I signed up for Vendio Gallery last night. This morning I find that quite a few of my store items don't have the images. They only have 1 picture, so it is not that I made the wrong choice. How can I make sure all my auctions are included, I did pay for the gold package, 200 images, and I have less than 200 auctions listed.

Hi Amber,
I checked your gallery and it looks like all images for each item got imported. Also, all items you have active on eBay have imported to your gallery. Please try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page -- if you still continue to have trouble please let us know the affected item numbers.

Hi Sonya, I have cleared my cache and refreshed the page, but they are still missing. These are the numbers 3730748166, 3730748755, 3730748994, 3730749232, 3730785374, 3730785799. These auctions 3730786011, 3736940117 have the gallery in the wrong place, it should be above the description.

Hi Amber,
You will need to use the 'generate the HTML code' option in Gallery Preferences to get the gallery on those ID numbers where it isn't appearing. Regarding the ones where it is misplaced, you'll have to do the same, and remove the current gallery on those listings using eBay's Revise Item form. Make sure that if you do that, when you put in HTML, that you do it in your own HTML screen rather than the eBay HTML editor or it will appear as code.
If you changed your settings after those item launched, those new settings will apply to new listings only. I'm not sure what you had prior but please do let us know if you continue to have trouble with your Vendio Gallery.

I don't think I am doing this correctly. I have tried for over an hour, and when I click on "submit" I get Undefined error : SYI.BIZ.202
I am going to "relist" "edit description" and then pasting in the manual inserting into the Vendio gallery. What am I doing wrong?
