I learned of your Gallery feature and thought it was great. I'm a long time Vendio user and was please with the way it works.
So, I immediatly recommended it to the two people I list for as a Selling Assistant and they signed up. Last night I added it to their auctions and as of this morning neither are working. This is making me look bad - they would like to see some results from what I convinced them to sign up for. Please check eBay user id's GreavesArt and Swilliamsartist. I need to get back with some answers to them.
Also, when I'm on my dial-up connection even my gallery doesn't work. Maybe it's my Flash version but I thought something would come up to allow me to upgrade. Yet, nothing does.
In order for the Gallery to work, the two people need to be signed up with Vendio accounts and signed up for galleries, with their eBay IDs stored in their Vendio accounts. This is why the gallery is not working.
We have tested how the gallery works on dial up AOL. We recommend you upgrade your version of Flash, which you should be able to do on Macromedia's website. Then, you can try to load your listings again with the gallery...but it might take a bit for all your items to load in it so you will need to be patient during the loading process.

So, Sonya, you're saying that even though they did sign up for Vendio galleries and gave you credit card numbers, received email confirmations and all that ... they can't get the gallery into their auctions until they sign up with Vendio accounts, too? What does that involve? I had believed all the steps were completed to get the galleries up and running. I'm going to need some more details.
The way your post was worded, I did not realize you had actually gotten them to sign up for Vendio accounts with the Gallery. It sounded like you placed your gallery on their listings, so thank you for clering this up for me. All they need to do is sign up for a Vendio account and subscribe to the gallery, and then store their eBay IDs.
'GreavesArt' has the gallery showing on 2 listings. Quite different from what I saw this morning, did you edit them recently? The two listings have it showing correctly. Did you try adding it to the rest?
'Swilliamsartist' does not appear to have the proper eBay information stored. I noticed that for email address it only said Swilliamsartist so I would recommend you advise them to go to My Account > Auction Site Accounts and go through the authentication process for their eBay ID. This should resolve the problem.

I'm sorry, Sonya ... I thought when I wrote that they'd signed up, in two different spots, that it would be clear that they signed up for vendio gallery and weren't using mine.
Today I did some poking around and saw that we needed to get them signed up to sync with eBay. So, yes, I did that after you responded. I appreciate you pointing out what was wrong with swilliamsartist. I have fixed that problem.
Now, I'm just wondering one other thing. I have one computer on DSL and I can view the gallery fine but this computer is on dial-up and despite my having upgraded my Flash from Macromedia, I still see a faded version of the gallery that doesn't move. I'm wondering if one has to have a high speed connection to truly view the gallery properly. Can you let me know about this?

We've been doing testing on the dialup accounts and have found some mixed results. Sometimes the connection speed isn't enough to carry the Gallery features and data without distorting.
