When I signed up for the gallery, I chose to use the manual insertion feature because I did NOT want the gallery in my store items, ONLY in my auction items.
I list thru AuctionWorks, so inserted it manually into my auction templates, and went ahead and launched my weeks auctions.
Lo and behold, today i get an invoice and I see that the gallery has been inserted into all EIGHT HUNDRED store items, and I've been billed accordingly.
The item count on your statement for gallery is for the number of items imported to your Vendio Gallery. That is what you get charged on -- not for number of listings you insert it in. I hope this helps clears things up for you.
