Have 150+ auctions running currently. Did a quick count and counted only 25 gallery images running. I can understand that loading all the images may put a strain on ones computer. However i did notice that when it started over (back to #1 image) the lil spinning wheel flashed and then it seemed like they were all reloaded in again. Rather than reloading the intial set, can we have the next 25 images loaded in. I cant see how hard that would be to program, since you have it already setup by pressing the arrow.
I also scrolled with the lil arrow thru all my auctions and seen no strain/burden on my computer.
* Lets face the facts how many customers do you think will push the arrow?
* How many will give up pushing the lil arrow, just to see one auction at a time with 1 click ?
* If you want to show just 25 images then bill us for 25 or the amount you show thru the month.....
* We also need an option to remove the tagline or at least move it to the bottom of the web page. Makes one auction look like S--T

If our system is able to accurately mirror your current auction state from ebay [not a trivial matter] then you should be seeing up to 72 'related' items in the marquee gallery scroll by without any user interaction. If you are not, then there may be transient issues [e.g. where we ask ebay your current auction state and they don't reply, or reply with bogus data, and so on].
Regarding the marquee arrows, actually many many folks DO push the arrows and even walk through the categories. But also, arguably, how many will sit and stare at the gallery for more than even a few items? If your primary goal is getting users to look at a bulk list of your items to see all of them, additional embedded links to 'view my other items' might be best.
Marquee is designed to be an 'attract mode' user agent -- meaning it is supposed to present your most relevant items at that time over time -- basically an automatic cross promotion system. You might want to look at the other forms of this gallery that are more like catalogs or games if that is more to your liking.
Also, note that if you have auctions ending through the month [more or less continuously], the items considered most relevant are those near their ending time. So, as time proceeds, the gallery will eventually make all your items show up 'first' in the gallery views. To prove this you should refresh your gallery each hour and then you can examine the first items rendered, and then compare them to their closing time, nearness to the category of the item being shown and so on...
Note, that gallery tagline is partially subsidizing this gallery for you. I suppose we could offer a premium no-tag gallery option. What would you think a reasonable price for such a feature?

* I chose marquee to attract viewers. Im not interested in games/basic etc, otherwise i would have looked at one of your competitors...
* 90% of my items fall within one category, so what do i need to do to get 72 to scroll without user clicking arrows? I would be happy with 72, Im not with 24-25. The images are being pulled down, since i can click the arrows and see the others, but its the same 24 scrolling all the time.
*I noticed on gallery setup( item image pref ) has 3 options. Whats the best choice for 1-2-3. I use gallery pix on all my items. ive gone ahead and reshuffled the order again to see if tonight 72 will showup after i list another batch.
** If any other users experience less than 72 images or are getting all 72. Please post your comments.
