I launched new items today (about 5:00 p.m.) and some of the items are not showing in the gallery. All that shows is a red curtain stating to click there to view the listing. I've used different templates, however the pictures are in the same spot (i.e., 4th pic, etc.). This look silly. How can this be fixed?

Hi Cheryl,
I was checking the listings that have the red curtains and noticed that the URL differs from what you have stored as the image URL in your Gallery Preferences. This is why they aren't appearing in your gallery. You may want to store all your images in the same directory on your domain (so you can avoid this problem) or make eBay Gallery Image one of your image selections, as with the eBay Gallery Image, it doesn't matter where your image is hosted. If all of your images that contain red curtains also use gallery images, you can make one of your selections for image grabbing the eBay Gallery Image and then we can do a reimport of your items missing images in the gallery.
I have revised my auctions. Photos are all stored in the same place. I don't know why I did that. Must have had a mind melt. Thank you for your help. It's okay to reimport now.

Hi Cheryl,
I have done a re-import of your red curtain gallery images. Within a couple hours, you should start seeing the correct images in your Vendio Galleries.
