Hi,

I've posted an auction via Vendio as well as three images. The auction isthere, butthe images are not. I believe I fololowed all the steps correctly. I even resubmitted the photos and they still do not show up. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance,
Scott

Hi Scott,

I checked your account and it looks like your eBay information is not stored properly. Please go to My Account > Auction Site Accounts and re-enter your stored eBay information. When you are done, if everything is correct your gallery will populate itself after 2 hours. If it doesn't please let me know.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Sonya,

I did as instructed and the following message in red text appeared:"We do not support the use of one eBay account across multiple Vendio accounts. When assigning an eBay ID to a second Vendio account, the first Vendio account will no longer be able to perform eBay tasks such as listing items and gathering status of closed items (WBNs will NOT be sent)". I honestly thought that I only have one Vendio account. From what I can tell, I don't have any other.

The Email address is correct. I clicked on Edit and that led me into eBay and jumped through the hoops to confirm who I am. I can only assume that I am still missing something.

Thanks again in advance.

Hello,

I re-entered your eBay ID in our system so please go through the above process again, and re-enter the email address and get an authorization token. If you get the same message it means there is another account out there somewhere -- we will then go from there.

Regards,

Sonya

OK, I've entered the email address and got the token. (Or so the web page said as much) I'll check back in a couple of hours to see what happens.

thanks

Hello,

Our apologies for the confusion. We thought you were referring to the Vendio gallery because of the thread this message was posted to.

You did have the images properly uploaded into your account, you just didnt attach them to the listing when you created it.

When you go to list an item and you see those names of your images in the list, you then need to select them by clicking on them once and clicking the attach button just below the list. It is a little confusing on your first ad as the only images you see are those your using on this first ad.

Now that your ID is stored properly and the images are still available for use, you can attach them directly from image hosting:

To attach images to your existing auctions, click the Image Hosting button in the lefthand navigation bar, and select the image(s) you want to attach to your listing. Click the "Attach" button at the bottom of the page. On the next page, select eBay** from the drop-down menu, and click the "Existing Auction" radio button. The next page will require you to enter the auction number.

Regards,
Christopher
