Hello Ortop,
I did a reimport for you and most images were reimported however for a couple it is not taking -- I checked those listings and they don't appear to have any images within the listing, nor a gallery or header image. Please review these items and make sure you have a working image for them. When you have it fixed, let me know, and I'll do a reimport for you again for those two items.
I've done reimports for you before -- the problem I remember in the past was that the items had a broken image, or no image at all. You might want to double check the items you list to make sure the images are there.
Regards,
Sonya

MY EBAY AUCTIONS ARE CALLED E-TRADEPAY ! I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM . AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REIMPORT MY IMAGES. I LIKE THE SERVICE WHEN IT WORKS. I THOUGHT MY IMAGES WOULD AUTOMATICALLY BE IMPORTED INTO MY VENDIO GALLERY, BUT MY WHOLE GALLERY IS EMPTY, AND I HAVE 46 LISTINGS IN MY AUCTIONS. WHATS GOING ON WITH YOU GUYS ! HHEEELLLPPP

Hello etradepay,
I have checked your listings and I can see the images in your Gallery. There are a few "red curtains" items, however, these items do not have an image in the listing. There does not appear to be a problem with your Gallery. Please note it takes up to a couple of hours for the Gallery to populate and all images to be imported.

I am also having the sane problem with the "red curtain". I signed up Friday night and as of now I have not heard back from customer service and there are still no images in my gallery. I refreshed, cleared my cache and rebooted, also checked it in both IE and FF.
I checked your settings and see that you are using sparedollar.com to host your images. I right clicked and checked the Properties of your images on eBay and the url is shown as http://members.sparedollar.com/ etc.
Im thinking you might want to change the address you have in your gallery settings to that. I would also ask sparedollar what to set it too. Some image hosts work slightly differently than others. If that doesnt work do let us know and we will look further into it though.
Sparedollar appears to be using a very unique format for hosting the images where they can be enlarged, so we had to adjust your gallery settings quite a bit to find all images instead of just JPG's and to use the second picture in the ad.
It seems to have worked ok, so you should see the new images within a few hours from now.
