Is there a reason the gallery only cycles through the first n listings? I have hundreds of listings but every listing only plays the first n listings...

Is there a way to override this?

Hello,

In order to optimize page load time for your buyers, the initial set of items buffered and displayed in the Marquee Gallery is limited to 24 per category, shown in closest to close order. This is necessary in enabling the Gallery to load quickly on the auction page so that your buyer won't experience a delay. Your buyers will still be able to browse through all items in each category by using the arrow keys to the left and right of the Marquee display. If you would prefer an interface that will display all items via a page-by-page interface instead of an automatically scrolling marquee, you can switch your Gallery to the "Basic" skin.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Regards,

Sonya

Sonya, thanks for the response...

I also noticed that the gallery got automatically attached to all of my existing store items. I didnt anticipate on that happening, I actually just wanted to manually attach the gallery to all my new auction items to cross sell my existing store items. When I changed my gallery options to "manual selection", the vendio gallery still remains in the store items. How would I remove them?

Thanks.

Hello,

In order to delete the Vendio Gallery from from your eBay store listings, you will need to remove the code from the listing description. In order to delete the Vendio Gallery frame, please click the "revise my item" link at the top of the auctions and delete the HTML code between the below opening and closing tags (and including the opening and closing tags) from the descriptions:

< !--begingallery-->
< !-- GVAVLVLVEVRVYV -->
< !--endgallery-->

Please let us know if you have any trouble with this. Please be very careful when you do this not to alter any of the other code in the listing description, as this could cause problems with your listing display.

Regards,

Sonya

Your kidding! That is going to take forever to do. I never wanted them on ANY of my store items. Just on my auction listings.

Can you please automatically remove the code from all my listings? I will manually add them to my auction listings.. Otherwise I will just stop the service... Thanks
