I just signed up for Gold service about 1 day ago. You take my payment and Gallery still doesn't work. The marque is showing on few of my listings but, it is a curtain that tells the shopper to click on it to see the item. When do the acutal pictures of each item start scrolling on there?

Your eBay information does not appear to be stored properly, which is why the gallery isn't working. To update your auction site information, log in and go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts, and click the "edit" link next to your auction site ID. You will be able to update the ID info on the edit page. If you are updating your eBay ID, note that you will be taken to an eBay login page as this is required to allow us to store your information on our website.

Thank you for your help Sonya. Now is it working, but only 10items, other have red curtains and about 170 items from Photographic Images doesn't show up. Did I do something wrong? Thank you
I got your email recently that states you resolved the problem. I wasn't sure if it was before or after this post so if you are still having trouble, please let us know.
After your changes to the gallery preferences, we just needed to manually trigger an import for your images which is now complete. All images are being located and imported without error and you should be able to view these within an hour.

Thank you Chris, I really see 24 images in category Paintings and 24 images in Photographic Images. Is there possible I could see my other 150 Photographic Images?
In order to optimize page load time for your buyers, the initial set of items buffered and displayed in the Marquee Gallery is limited to 24 per category, shown in closest to close order. This is necessary in enabling the Gallery to load quickly on the auction page so that your buyer won't experience a delay. Your buyers will still be able to browse through all items in each category by using the arrow keys to the left and right of the Marquee display.
If you would prefer an interface that will display all items via a page-by-page interface instead of an automatically scrolling marquee, you can switch your Gallery to the "Basic" skin.
