How are the gallery items counted?
I currently have 103 auctions running, but on my account page, it says I have 36 gallery items. Are they counted once when originally launched and not for a relist? Are store items counted again when they renew or just once? I am wondering if I am on the right gallery plan or if I should return to silver? Please advise.

Also, it would be helpful to the decision making process, if the total number of gallery items was noted on the completed invoices...I am not seeing it anywhere...only on the current to-date header. Or am I looking in the wrong place?

Thanks,
Susan

Hi Susan,

If you check your online statement, and go back a month, you will see at the very end your overage fees will show. If you have no overage you should see a total right above your statement details. eBay store items are counted again if you have them being listed for more than 30 days.

The gallery items are counted each billing cycle so it's possible you had only 36 items listed since your last billing cycle date, with the remainder being listed before (thus being counted for the previous month). I checked our database and we've imported all of your active items so they should all cycle through your gallery.

Sonya

Thanks, Sonya.
Okay. I understand the store galleries won't show up till the date they get recycled.
And I know that the number of overage items shows on the end of the statement.

But regarding >" If you have no overage you should see a total right above your statement details"

I am still not seeing how many gallery items are counted for a month where there is no overage.
When I look at the total right above the statement details on any closed month, I only see: "Gallery items count: 48" which is referring to the current open statement.

Can you help me locate this number for when there is no overage?

Thanks,
Susan

Hi Susan,

I checked this and you are right, the number doesn't change. I will make a suggestion to have this number reflect the total for each month.

Regards,

Sonya
