I am new to your site. Have Vendio gallery set up for auctions on Ebay automatically. Problem is once the gallery is automatically added, the shipping info in my auctions is no longer displayed to buyers. I can see it on the "My Summary" Page on Ebay that it is there, but it is not displaying for buyers to see. I went in manually and revise each auction to show shipping charges again. I have over 100 auctions on my site that I had to go in each one this morning and revised to add shipping again-needless to say time consuming. Please advise how this can be fixed for future auctions that I add. Of note, shipping charges were not displaying for all the live auctions after adding Gallery and also the few new items that I added yesterday.

Hello,

Do you have an unedited example we can view? Everything that I checked appears to have a gallery on it and the shipping.

As long as you make sure your HTML that you are using is correctly closed (using proper closing tags) you should not have any errors with the gallery add.

Regards,

Sonya

I just recently listed some auctions. Now that gallery has been added to the auction, the shipping charge is not listed for buyers to see. These auctions are the ones with the longest listing time left. Please check and give reply as I need to add more auctions and would like to get corrected prior to that. Thanks, Ladysarge.

Hi Ladysarge,

When I check it shows,

"Services available
Check item description and payment instructions or contact seller for details.
Will ship to United States. "

Was this the area for shipping charge you were referring to or is it elsewhere in the listing?

Regards,

Sonya

Yes, this is what I am referring to. It should have read the dollar amount for standard shipping. I always specify my shipping amount in the auction and for some reason once the gallery is added, the shipping amount displayed is that message instead of my shipping price. How can this be fixed. thanks, Mary.

I am still waiting for some help with this problem. Due to a number of questions about shipping, I am going in manually and fix the shipping on these auctions. However, the problem still exist that each time a new auction is added with the correct shipping info in it, the auction appears correct on Ebay until the gallery is added to the auction. For some reason, once this is done, it changes the shipping info and states "Check item description for details". This should not be happening. The original standard rate of shipping entered should stay the same. When I look at my Summary page from Ebay, it shows the shipping price is still there, but it is not being seen by buyers. I do not know why this is happening, but would like it fixed. I post too many auctions to have to go back in and revise each one again for info that was there to start with. Your attention to this will be greatly appreciated as I like the Gallery feature added to my auctions and do not want to have to cancel it. Thanks.

Hi Ladysarge,

I filed a bug on this issue -- it is currently being investigated by engineering. We apologize for the inconvenience. I will update you once I find out more information on what is causing this to happen.

Sonya, I just wanted to let you know that I posted some auctions today and the problem appears to be fixed. The shipping charges were still there after the Gallery was added. I wanted to tell you that I really appreciate your efforts in resolving this issue. You have been a real lifesaver. Thanks much. Ladysarge.
