I just signed up for 4 of your services, however I've only had them for a few hours and decided that this service is just not for me. How do I go about unsubscribing?
You can disable your plans in My Account > My Service Plans. If you want to cancel, please go to Help > Contact Us and write in a formal cancellation request.
Did you have trouble using our services? Is there anything we can help you with? We'd hate to see you leave so soon after signing up.

I went to disable my plans, but it does not give me that option. In the meantime, I did contact through the form and indicated to Unsubscribe.
