I list my auctions from Ebay and only want to use your gallery feature..... After multiple emails you have got me up with a gallery in most of my auctions.
To get auction to show in gallery, do I need to manually import them??? Also once imported shouldn't the new listed auctions get a gallery inserted automaticly??? My new auctions have been up for almost 24 hours and no gallery in them. Auctions that had a gallery and relisted through Ebay seem to be working. This shouldn't be this difficult... I've just about had it with Gallery!

For those auctions that don't have the gallery in it, you'll need to revise them to add in the gallery. If you go to Gallery Preferences in your My Account tab, you can obtain the HTML to insert in listings.
If the gallery doesn't show up after doing this then it is probably related to your HTML, but we will wait and see before raising any unnecessary red flags.
When you post an auction on eBay the gallery should show up in it within a couple of hours.

I manually inserted them...... That's what I used to do before (FOR FREE!!) I only was interested in your gallery because it is supposed to be automatic. I left one stone auction alone so you can attempt to get it to automatically insert ( Black Polished River Stones, Yangtze China Item number: 2242033916 )
Can you answer my other question?
As I post an auctions on ebay does Gallery automaticly know I did or do I manually have to import them so the pictures get into my gallery? Because right now i've been doing that manually as well.

The automatic insertion happens when you first sign up, or when you list a new auction. So for your stone auction, you'll need to manually insert it -- we apologize for the inconvenience.
The gallery should automatically appear in new listings you do -- you have your eBay ID stored, and you've got your image preferences set for the gallery. If the next listing you do doesn't show the gallery, please leave it untouched and contact us so we can take a look and see what the problem is.
