I can't get anyone to understand that we signed up for the vendio gallery only (silver plan) for 2.95 for the first 100 images. We are getting charged for more and I don't have a clue why. Maybe someone here can tell us why.
Please log into your account and go to My Account > Online Statements and click on the tab for the month of 5/3/04. You will see a list of how you were charged for your gallery -- there's an adjusted charge there for signing up after your billing cycle date, plus the overage charge for items over 100. If you have any questions about this please do not hesitate to ask.
