Hello. Two questions. Any idea why vendio gallery doesn't show in this listing? As far as I can tell, I've made all the correct selections in gallery preferences.
I searched for the item number you sent 6795726485 at eBay and I do see the gallery at the bottom. Maybe it just had not loaded yet, sometimes it takes up to an hour for a new item to show in the Gallery.
Also, I do see that the ad us using a Vendio Template. Was this not the one you chose? If not, which one did you want? Did you Save your ad after you selected the template you wanted?
Sorry, but it seems like things are working ok to me. Let me know if I am missing something.

Thanks for responding, Abe. Vendio gallery hadn't loaded. On my template question, compare the template under auction site preferences for eBay in my vendio account with the actual listing. The template in the vendio account has some additional info, such as preferred checkout, shipping and handling etc that doesn't show in the listing. I'm asking why it's that way.
I am able to view your gallery as well. Something that might help is to update your Flash version. You can test Flash on this page to see how well your current version is functioning:
Note that you may be prompted to shockwave when you access this page. You do not need to do this - simply click "No" at the prompt. If you are prompted to update Flash, please go ahead and do this. Let us know if upgrading Flash helps resolve the problem you are having viewing your Gallery.
Regarding the template -- are you clicking Full Preview? This preview is not accurate of your preferences -- it will display how a template will look if you have all preferences turned on (checkout instructions, additional information, etc). To get a true preview, please use the eBay Preview or Quick Preview at the bottom of your create listing page (in SMME) or click on the preview icon in SMIE within your inventory item. The additional information section with the little icon will show if you have a Vendio Store and you enable the option to promote your store in your listings. The other options can be turned on in Global Preferences -- if you want to know how to turn on a specific option, please let us know which one it is.
