I'm not sure I have my email settings right. I just got my first Vendio checkout confirmation in my regular account. Shouldn't I have see that come through customer manager?

Hi Gary,
The way your settings are set up, the confirmation will go to your primary email address on file. They are designed to go there, if you want it to go to Customer Manager, you will need to edit your primary email address on file and put your CM email address there.

Hello Gary,
Post Sale Management isn't a part of Customer Manager, it is a part of Sales Manager. Currently, only name and email address can automatically get imported into Customer Manager as that is all we know when the item ends. Customer Manager is not completely tied in with Post Sale Management yet so when you notice the address is filled in PSM, you will need to manually edit your customer entry in Customer Manager to include their address.
