Hey ,

i would like to offer my customers to get free S/H if they buy more then 3 items.
($4 for the 1st item and $1 for second)

Can i make it automatically , or i should ask the customers to send email before checkout so i can combine the order and set the S/H to zero ?

Hello Nissan,

There is no way to specifically automate buy 3 get free shipping. You could offer a steep discount in the Other Shipping Settings of the Payment and Shippings settings page. Click My Account, then Payment and Shipping Settings.

Or you could edit the shipping cost when you combine items for shipment. If this is common and important for you and you can stay on top of it, you could turn off the auto WBN so that you could watch for the multiple item purchases to combine them. This is not a likely scenerio, but possible.
