I'm new at Vendio but I was surprised to not find a way to update my current listings on eBay from Vendio. Am I missing something? I just switched from another product to Vendio and if I can't update listing from Vendio then I found my first thing I really don't like about it. Thanks!

Hi Gary,

I see that you have 28 Active Listings in Vendio and 28 Active on eBay. If ever an item closes at eBay and still shows Active in Vendio, you can find it in Vendio, select it with the checkbox, and click the Refresh button at the top of the page. Some times it takes a few minutes for them to come down on their own, but they pretty much always do. If you want to update it right away, you can do the above, or select all and Refresh. Is that what you meant by Update?
Ther is no way to edit live listings from Vendio, you do need to do that from eBay itself. If you meant something else, please let me know.
Best,
Abe

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I meant to update something in a live listing from Vendio. I almost went with MarketBlast just because of this feature. In MarketBlast you can update your listing info on the data base and then make those changes move to a single active listing or 20 active listings for that item with just a click of the button.

This would be a good one for the suggestion box.

Gary
