I use PayPal's postage which emails my clients with the tracking information. If I mark the items shipped in Vendio is automatically sends a notice to the clients (there's no opt out button) which is undesirable. Can you fix this for me or should I just not plan on marking any of them shipped in Vendio.
I'd also like to opt out of the feedback reminder but that's not an option either.

Hello Connie,
It does not automatically send the notice -- when marking an item as 'shipped', you should be prompted whether you want to send the shipment notification.
You may opt out of automatic Feedback in My Account > Feedback Management.
Let us know if you have any trouble with any of this.
