Hi. I am new to Vendio and I am still doing my setup. I was hoping to start launching tonight but that's not going to happen. I am getting the following message when I try to preview as an EBay item:
Error 10019: You specified inconsistent Shipping parameters.
You specified inconsistent Shipping parameters: <ShippingServiceOptions>=null and <CheckoutDetailsSpecified>=true
What am I doing wrong. I have set my shipping in my global preference but it doesn't seem to be picking up in the individual auctions.

I believe all of my ads are doing it. I have selected several to try and preview as an EBay auction and have gotten the same error.
Is it okay for us to try to list something? Please let us know the title -- when I check your account, there's nothing in pending or errors, so I don't have anything to go on at this point.

I am not really ready to launch. I was trying to view what the auction will look like by previewing the ad. Just to give you a rundown of what I did:
clicked on Sales Manager, selected an auction (Griselda, clicked on the name) clicked on description and template, clicked preview, selected preview this item as an ebay auction...that's when I got the error message. When I try to launch I get the following error:
• The following items cannot be launched on eBay as Auction because they don't have valid site data set:
AMONG THE BLOSSOMS Ceramic Art Tile VERNON
Please edit the items if you wish to launch on the specified site.
For that particular item, there is a problem with Payment and Shipping. When you get errors you can click on the Edit the Items link that appears to find out what specifically is giving you the error.
