Lets say I have an inventory item on my inventory screen that is set to autolaunch whenever the quantity listed drops below 1 (IE, i want to keep 1 item on market at all times until the inventory runs out)

I have an item called ABC Widget listed on ebay, but it turns out that I miscounted my inventory and that I do not have it in stock.

I go end my item on ebay, however, once I end my item on ebay, because of my autolaunch rule, it would automatically relist the item for me.

Is there a way around this? Im sure anyone who uses vendio inventory edition probably has alot of inventory and there will be miscounts in the inventory. Can I manually adjust the "on market" number?

Or do I have to REMOVE the autolaunch rule, THEN end the item on ebay?

Thanks!

Hello,

You would need to remove the auto-launch profile from that item prior to ending it or it will relist it right away.

Ending items should also be reflected in On Market. If you have a situation where it's not correct, please let us know so we can make the adjustment for you as it is not possible to do the adjustment on your own, in your account.

Regards,

Sonya
