Hello, just wondering, looking at the post sales screens I see that the max that can be displayed is 50 sales. On some of our user id's we sell many more items a day and when we enter payments we sometimes have to scroll through the list to find them manually. a list of only 50 would mean possibly looking at 3 or for pages (instead of haveing them all on one page) So can the max number be increased?
I also noted(and noted it was a previously unasnwered question as well) that the awaiting payment screen does not have a column for the total owing (that is item price PLUS shipping and Insurance). Obviously it is vital that the total is visible soi that payments can be matched.
Would this total possibly only appear once a buyer has checked the items out using the vendigo system?
If you go to All Closed Listings, you can view up to 100 at a time. The post sale screen only displays 50. I will log a suggestion to increase this number with our product development team.
The total owed (item price, shipping and insurance) only shows after the buyer checks out.
