Ever since yesterday when the auction closed, the items have not relaunched. The rule is set to always keep one listed at all times until inventory runs out, but they have not relisted. I have manually launched them twice already and they refuse to launch. Can you look into it for me? Thanks!
I took a look at your items and the reason they are not launching is that you have not specified a Ship To location; i.e. US, Worldwide, specific countries etc.
To edit this on these and any other ads. Select the ads, click Edit, click the Site Specifics tab on the Items to Edit page.
You may need to scroll to the right, then under the colum Shipping, click teh "none" link and specify where you will ship. I think you will also need to enter your Zip code in the location field.
When I did the eBay preview that gave me the error message, it also said you needed to specify "international shipping service options" but I see that you have provided shipping options for both domestic and international, so the items should be fine after you correct the Ship To Locations.
After you set this for these specific items, you should set it on a global level also, so that it will automatically be set when you create new items. (you can change it for individual items if you want). To do this, click My Account, then under Site Specifics, click eBay and scroll to the Ship To section.
After you correct your individual items, you can manually relist them, or you can wait for the schedule to launch them-I believe they would go out tomorrow if I remember the schedule correctly.
BTW, if items are not listing as you think they should, you can check teh Listings>Errors section and click on the red error message to see what the error is. Also, on the Site Specifics tab I pointed you to above, you can do a Preview, then select via dropdown to do an "eBay Preview" this will also detect and inform you of any errors the item will have when it tries to launch. They of course you are right there to correct any.
