Item # 8334047629 sold this morning and the buyer paid with paypal. When I look in post sales Vendio says that she still owes for shipping. When I look in Paypal it shows that shipping was paid. What could cause this please???

Step 3 was checked off by Sales Manager. I didn't do it.
Up until this point the shipping has matched in vendio and paypal. I have had a few strange occurances over the last few weeks though where there were different amounts reported for shipping in vendio and paypal but this is the first time the shipping amount didn't make it to vendio at all.

Hi Gary,
My bad, it looks like this was a side effect of a Paypal glitch but everything should be fixed now. Let me know if you need help modifying the item to include shipping (your buyer will need to pay you for shipping still).

Our apologies for the confusion, as there does appear to be an error with recording the shipping portion of PayPal payments.
The engineering team has been alerted of this error and will work quickly to address. We will post back to these forums when more information becomes available.
