Is there a way to customize the vendio invoice more? im talking about more than the choices under: My Account: Post Sale Management Preferences. It would be nice if we can see the ebay ID and other information avaliable.
Finally, when vendio makes the calls ebay's system for information after an auction ends, why doesnt vendio grab more of the buyer information? I mean, most of the time, the address that ebay has will be the shipping address. If the customer does NOT check out and you try to print an invoice, all im seeing is a email address and the item name. It would be nice to populate the invoice with something before check out happens.
The reasoning is, I think with most vendors, after an item is "won", you have to pull it out of inventory and keep it somewhere until it actually gets paid. At least for us, we try to put an invoice into each item that gets moved to "pending" because its the only way we can keep track of things. However, this often happens before the buyer has checked out so the invoice we print is near useless, im using ebay's invoice right now to as a workaround.

Hello,
If you go to My Account > Post Sale Management to where you edit the WBN information, you will see a list of macros. One of them is WinnerID, which is the eBay ID for the winner. You can use this in the WBN to grab the eBay ID of the buyer.
Unfortunately we have no way of knowing if the address thats stored in EBay is the buyer's shipment address. Sometimes they want items shipped to another address. The only information we have access to when an item ends is their ebay ID and their email address -- they need to fill the rest in. Unfortunately since you tag items with an invoice prior to payment being made, I'm not sure there is another workaround, unless you print out the WBN message or if you use SKU numbers, tag them with the SKU instead.
