Is there a way to disable the ability for a customer to enter a "ship to" address during the vendio checkout?
We only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses and it's causing some confusion that the customers are entering a different address at vendio checkout. It's delaying shipment because I have to email them back and forth and restate that we only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses.
It's also extra work for me because I have to watch their checkout page like a hawk to see if there are any discrepancies. By eliminating the ability for them to enter a different address they would be forced to give just the Papypal confirmed address in their paypal payment or at the very least a notation in bold in the Paypal payment that I can easily see.
If there's no way to disable this at the moment, is there a workaround so I can at least see in bold highlight that the address is different from the Paypal confirmed address?

Hello,
Unfortunately there is no current workaround for this problem.
Are you offering PayPal only or are you offering more than one payment method? Do you have the PayPal IPN enabled? If you do, you can add some messaging to your WBN message saying that if customers plan to pay via PayPal, please use the confirmed address or shipment will be delayed. Or, you can instruct them to pay directly at PayPal -- if you have the IPN enabled and the option to grab info for step 2 checked off in Post Sale Acceleration, this will allow Vendio Post Sale to collect your buyer's shipping info in checkout without them having to go through it or you having to do anything extra.
