I signed up a week ago and was told that someone would contact me on any help that I might need. Never happened. I have been going through it myself and have a template built but it shows when I apply it to a listing the vendio checkout tab which I do not want. How do you get rid of it?
On image hosting it shows all of the images that I have on eBay right now. How do I change the names and do I have to keep them there so my store items will keep them when they renew each 30 days? (GTC) I have over 2,000 images which I know there a duplicates from my closed files (relist and sold)so how can I manage them since there are many duplicates (I only have a little over 1,000 active listings).
The sales person told me to get inventory edition but most of my items are one of a kind and I have to change all of the listings I have to be able to take advantage of Vendio lising service. This is becoming a nightmare.

I see you figured out the Checkout question.
You can't actually change the names of images that are already in Vendio. Why do you want to?
If I understand you correctly, you are also asking how to make sure that images for GTC store items don't expire. You can do that by clicking the checkbox at the top of the page to select all images and then click the Renew button and choose to have them autorenew.
To clare out old images, usually the best way is to sort the images by upload date and delete out the oldest ones that you know are for items that sold.
Not sure what you mean by your last sentence, you don't have to change all your listings to switch from SMME to SM Inventory Edition, and I see that you have actually switched now.

I was never any part of Vendio before. I am a new sunscriber so that is why all of the questions. I am now getting the hang of it as you see I figured out the gallery problem. The SMIE is very confusing but I do see the advantages of it after I figured it all out. I am still not quite sure how all of my GTC listings will work out. There will be a lot of work to change all of them as far as I can tell.
The reason I wanted to change the images is that I had over 2,000 of them with a referance number that I had no idea what it was for. All images I keep on file on my own computer has their own referance number so I can tell what they are and the images that imported from my listings had a referance number that gave me no clue at all as to what they are. That is why I needed to change them.

Hi Bill,
When you import items that were not listed through us, the images will be imported as well and will be assigned a filename that is based on the filename assigned by the image hosting provider. Items imported from eBay will have a long numeric filename, because it's based on eBay's image URLs.
You can delete and reupload the images, but unfortunately, there's no way to rename them directly on our website.
