Is there any way to add something to an invoice after the person has bought though Ebay. We have customers asking us if we have other items after the ebay sale, that are not listed on ebay and would like to have it all on one invoice. Is this possible or is it not allowed because of some ebay policy?
If you uncheck step 2 in the post sale checklist, you can then go back through the buyer checkout process and add the requested items from your storefront.
Once you confirm the order, you can send them a new payment reminder, which will reflect the additional items/cost.
