I'm getting a message in red lettering from I'm assuming Vendio in my Active Listings summary page.
It reads:
Warning: Unable to fetch information from eBay. This may be caused by invalid or out-of-date eBay information stored at Vendio. Please verify your username and password at eBay and then update your information here.
As far as I know, all my information is up to date.
If you're receiving this warning it's because eBay will be expiring your authorization to let us retrieve listing information from them. All you need to do is reenter your eBay ID information in My Account -> Auction Site Accounts (click 'edit' next to the eBay ID and go through the eBay sign-in). Once this is done the warning will be removed.
