I've finished my template and started a test auction at <a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7743545383">this link</a> .Vendio automatically adds a few lines of blank space before the template, and also adds the whole advertising of Vendio as "Additional Information"
How can I prevent these (at least leave a logo and one line text of Vendio ad)?
If you did want the logo pointing to your Vendio storefront, you could take the URL/HTML from one of your current ads and place it wherever you prefer in the item description field.
Just go to the Vendio store page and uncheck the box labeled 'Promote and increase traffic to my Store. Include a Store banner in all of my auctions.'

Ok, it works. How about removing this code before my template starts at top?

P.S. Does Vendio customer service work? I have submitted 3 questions through "customer service" link at my account, and never received any replies.
At this particular time there is no way to remove that part of the code, but we will pass along a suggestion on your behalf to make it optional in the future.
I checked our email history and you appear to have sent us 2 messages both back on the 4th and both of which I did find responses to that were sent out.
We have also received your email from yesterday afternoon and you should have a reply shortly on the current price and wait time for getting a custom template added to the system.
