Feedback is automatically being left once I check the item shipped portion. I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN.

The automatic feedback feature had been disabled, so why is it still being sent automatically?

How can I stop this from happening?

Hi there,

The auto-feedback option will still apply to items that closed before you changed your preferences. Items that close after you deselected auto-feedback should not send feedback. Please let us know if this is happening, and it would be helpful if you would supply some item numbers so we can look into the issue.

I had deselected this option months and months ago, but it is still happening.

Here are three recent examples:
