How...exactly, Can I get a list of all my inventory items and see how well each one sells? or how many have sold? I need a list of the top sellers in quanity.

Have you tried running any reports yet, using our Reports feature? The detailed "customized" performance reports should provide you with the data you need, though I am not sure what format you're looking for.
