I had relisted some of my items directly through ebay and they are not showing under my active listings. So I deleted what was there and then imported my listings from ebay - however only 27 out of 97 listings show- what happeded to the rest, why did they no import? thanks

Hi - it's been 24 hours since last post - can anyone from Vendio give me an idea why all of my listings don't show when I imported them from ebay - thanks
Are the items that have imported not the ones that you relisted directly from eBay and the ones that are missing the items that you deleted from the Sales Manager page by chance?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Since all my items were not showing, I deleted my current listings (so I would not have to worry about duplicates) and then tried to import my listings from ebay. I thought all of my listings would import, whether I listed through Vendio or directly from ebay. However, only 27 of 96 are showing. How do I get all of my current listing to show. Thanks

Thanks Mike - still waiting to hear from Vendio - now I have 22 listings showing out of 91 on ebay - I would still like to know how to get all of my current listings to show, it maybe something simple that I'm not doing right but I can't figure it out - Vendio?
Of the items that are showing Vs those that are missing - are the 'missing' items by chance the ones that were there before?
AKA are the only items being displayed now the missing items, and the items that you deleted from the Sales Manager (prior to import, which isn't something you need to do when importing) the ones that are now missing?

Hi - thanks Christopher for trying to help. But to be honest, I don't know. I had revised and relisted items through ebay,(it is easier to send store items to auction or fixed price- or I could not figure out how to revise a current listing through Vendio) so even the ones that were showing did not necessarily have the correct information. So i thought that if I deleted the ones showing, then I could import everything from ebay with all the correct info. So, it is really redundant to figure out what before, what I need to know now -is there any way to get all of my listings to show- thanks so much for your help
Unfortunately items that are deleted off of the Sales Manager page are skipped when you trigger another import.
There is only one available workaround to get them all back into the account and unfortunately, its not the simplest.
First, you will need to switch back to the Merchandising Edition of the program. You can do this via the My Account page, look for the link in yellow.
Next, from the Sales Manager page, use the import/track link, then go to the 'track' page.
From here you will need to enter the item number/s of the missing item/s, then click to 'track' them back into your account.
When finished, go back to the My Account page, click on the My Service Plans link, then use the 'change edition' link to get back into the Inventory Edition of the Sales Manager.
