Hi
We charge same S&H for US and Canada, and a higher rate for other international countries.
Since we've moved to Vendio, we have 3 S&H options. But almost half of international customers pick Canada shipping rate even though it says "USPS CANADA".
So, each time we have to email them, and wait for the rest of payment, and they get angry etc. etc.
We never had this problem before. What's the best solution to prevent international customers(non-Canada) to choose Canada shipping at the checkout?
Both Canada and your other shipping options for outside of the US appear in the same area.
All non-us buyers will limited to selecting the shipping carriers you have listed in this international specific area.
If you have one of the blank carrier fields listed as Canada, try to specify your other carriers specific to being outside of Canada.
For example, if you use the blank custom field to say 'Canada' as one of the carriers available to select, list 'europe' or 'all international' or something to that effect for the other option.
