I need some help - one of my eBay auctions (item number 5878662990) closed yesterday but it still hasn't shown up in my closed listings. It is not in my active listings either - it appears to be lost somewhere. When the buyer tries to check out he gets a message that the auction is still open for bidding, but it definintely ended yesterday. Can someone look into this and fix it asap? Thanks!

Hello Andrew,

The item didn't receive a confirmation of launch from eBay so it was never tracked into your account unfortunately.

We have tracked it into the system for you, so you can send the WBN to the buyer to complete the checkout process.
