I just activated a rule in my reviser. How long before the rule starts taking effect on auctions? I had some auctions end 10-20 minutes after I activated it and they did not extend the duration. Is this normal? I also tried to do a bulk revision and again nothing happened. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

First, you will want to give the revisor just a little bit of a larger window.

Change it from 12 hours 5 minutes to 12 hours and 30 or 40 minutes.

On the items that you tried to revise, the duration cannot be extended once items have less than 12 hours remaining.

All of the items on the page showing error have less than 12 hours so the duration can no longer be extended.

I have another reviser question. I tried to do a bulk revision or store and auction items but the auction items would not revise. Does reviser work with store items?

Hello,

The reviser works for both auction and storefront listings. Which was it that didn't revise, what was the error, and what were you trying to revise that you were unable to do so?
