Here's your stupid question of the week
I have a customer who says she cannot complete the checkout process because she uses a Mac computer. I suspect this is b.s. but don't know anything about Macs. It shouldn't make a difference, right?

No such thing as a stupid question! Ok, maybe that's not entirely true, but this one isn't at all: Your buyer should have no difficulties at all checking out via a Mac. I have one at home and use our checkout all the time for testing purposes as well as actual transactions. Ask them what browser they are using and recommend firefox. It's what I use and have no problems whatsoever.
