Hi - I am having trouble getting the number of active listings correct. I did relist a few directly through Ebay - so I just imported listings from Ebay, but it is still off, Vendio-113 - Ebay-137. They are either listed through Vendio or have been imported so can you please tell me how to correct this - thanks
Unfortunately the 'import' function may not be able to catch all of the currently active listings that were submitted outside Vendio.
You can try trigging another import to catch the others, or use the 'track' submenu from the import page to enter the item number for those that you need to track into the account.
