I have a sold item not showing up in my post sale express area. I have tried importing and refreshing multiple times, but it still hasn't shown up. It is not in my active anymore. Could you please check where it is? Thanks
I was able to locate this item in your closed listings. It looks like this listing recently ended with Buy It Now. Please allow a few minutes for it to be moved into your Post Sale.

I have had that problem many times in the past months. I go to ebay hit the vendio logo on the item after I search it out and then track it or import to active , sometimes it comes up. But last night I had several items that still have gone into unsold and I can't relist them. I have written 2 emails and no answer. What's up I'm sure more have this problem. We have seen the same thing, several times in the past few months. One this morning, that seems to finally be closing. Someone bought two items on feeBay and only one closed on Vendio. Been watching it for over 4 hours.
We were working on re-listings and new listings in our eBay store, and Vendio went wack on us. Can't seem to get much done, but we did notice the listing was closing now.
