I have set my shipping and global preferences including my shipping rates, insurance, and payments. When I imported over 5000 items via via upload I still have to go back and add all these attributes to the listings. I don't understand why this information isn't automatically added to my listiings. Would it be easier to use selling manager Pro to upload the items in bulk as I have the inventory already uploaded? This is very upsetting as I cannot launch my inventory to my ebay store until I go through and make these changes.

Hello,

The default settings that you have in place are only going to apply to the new listings that you create.

When you upload your inventory via CSV you are defining what the data should be, no default options would be applied to those items.


Are you however going to be offering the same payment options and shipping carriers/costs to everything you have in inventory currently?

It is possible we may be able to run a script in your account to apply your default payment and shipping options to everything in inventory.
