When I go to edit ANY item in my inventory, attempting to increase the quantity available, etc., this happens:

I click on select all

Then "edit"

but I get:

"Edit Inventory Items

• Invalid item list

• There are no items to display."

NO ITEMS TO DISPLAY?!

Then I try to do it individually, and it lets me look at the item, but when I change quantity, it displays the same:

"Edit Inventory Items

• Invalid item list

• There are no items to display."

Is this some bug?!?

I am being hampered from WORKING right now...NOT GOOD!!

Please help, Vendio.

Hello Matthew,

Try as I might, I can't duplicate what you are seeing. Are you still encountering this?

Yes, I go to Inventory, use the select all checkbox, click "Edit" and it says that same thing.

Please help!

Also, I do not currently have an eBay store, but will be setting one up. Will Vendio automatically recognize this new store and how do I list things on the store? I am familiar with listing auction on ebay, just not in a store.

Thanks.

Hello,

I also was unable to duplicate this on your account. How long have you been experiencing this? Have you recently installed any new pop-up blocker or other software? Please confirm that you have emptied your browser cache, and also let us know what browser and version you are using so that we can attempt to duplicate this.

Yes, Vendio will recognize your eBay Store. You can update your eBay Store categories in your Vendio account by going to "My Account" --> "eBay" (below "Site Specifics" --> scroll down to directly above the "Features" section and click "Click here" were it says "Click here to update your categories."

You will also need to edit your inventory items so that they include your eBay Store information (such as the store category and price). You can launch an inventory item to your eBay Store by selecting "eBay Store" right after you click the "Launch" button.

Regards,
Nathan

Figured out what was up...switched from latest Firefox to Internet Explorer and it worked...must be some little bug in the latest Firefox browser.
