I have my first eBay sale thru Vendio, and so far it's been confusing and a bit disastrous.
My buyer emails me asking if the payment went thru OK.
I have no idea...the method of payment was listed as "other"...and I have no $ in my paypal account to show for this.
What's more, eBay indicates that the item was marked as "paid"...I am guessing by Vendio.
The weird thing is that the WBN notification step had not been marked as sent, but when I sent it, I got a copy of the email with the link I sent out to the buyer, but when I click it, it's just a flat invoice. No way to click thru for payment, etc.

OK to clarify, when I click the link, it reaches a filled-out invoice with her name/address and my name/address, but I have received no payment! Where is the payment?
I can't click back earlier in her process (from cart to complete) to see what she did or selected...and I can't seem to find anywhere on Vendio which indicates how she supposedly paid...any ideas?
