OK, last time I had a checkout error, it was because I had entered the wrong email address in my paypal settings ([email protected] instead of the correct [email protected]).

This time, however, the adddress is FIXED, but we are getting the SAME problem...person checks out, vendio marks it as paid, tells eBay it's paid, etc. but no money is in our PayPal account...any ideas as to why this is? It needs to be fixed immediately, as it is causing customer service hassles big time.

To clarify: her checkout says "Payment Method: see item description"! What the heck does this mean?

I just de-listed and re-listed all of my ebay store items so that instead of "see item description" it reads "paypal/check/money order" specifically.

I also did the "uncheck the checkout process" so I could edit it for this girl...I am confused as to how this works! I am sick of dealing with checkout problems...first time was my fault, but what is the problem now? Why does this just work?

Her check out says:

Now, maybe what is confusing me is the fact that her step number 2 was checked (and the thing said "Checkout Completed"!) and yet step one (Send WBN) had NOT been checked...I mean, has this girl paid or not?

Further, is there a way to get Vendio on the phone to talk this stuff out without waiting? This stuff impedes our ability to do business...we are just starting up and do not want any unnecessary problems.

I "previewed" her checkout and the only option it gives her, even after I thought I edited all the listings to say paypal instead of "see item descriptions".

I AM TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS HERE, NOT DEBUG A WEBSITE SERVICE I AM *PAYING FOR*...VENDIO PLEASE FIX THIS NOW!

Even when I unclick the "checkout completed" checkbox, it still says "See items description" for payment method. What, she pays by seeing the item description? Sweet, I get no money!

Uhhh this is riduclous...can anyone help?

Matt,

This is not a Vendio error. For this listing, the ONLY payment option that you had set was "see item description" under the "other" payment options when you launched this auction to ebay. For this order, you will have to provide your buyer a payment option outside of the Vendio checkout, just as you have provided in your special instructions.

Ed,

I don't mean to be combative, I really don't, but I am sorry, it is quite a Vendio error: why even let a newbie HAVE an option where he would not get paid?!

Why not put a disclaimer that if you are using paypal, etc. that you can't get paid if you select only this option?

Furthermore, why can I not edit this thing to work with this current customer?
