When I create a new item and click "save" it takes me to another screen that indicates an error and says I have no items. PLEASE HELP

Never mind, I restarted my computer and now it seems to work! Strange!!!

I've just created a test item inside your account with no problems. Can you try and take me through the steps you are taking to create this item?
