When I use the Download Postage, the Windows window that pops up has a file name that is NOT the normal download file name, but it says ".....Rejected" or something like that. I definately see the word rejected. It makes me FEEL rejected, and it makes endicia's Dazzle software feel rejected.
Is there a way you can help me cope with all this rejection?

Rejection does hurt, but I think we can help you get over it.
It actually sounds like you might just need to clear your browser cache. Also, limit the number of open windows to a bare minimum when you're downloading a file. It is probably just a memory resource issue.
