Hello. When the buyer has not completed the ebay checkout or paid by the next morning, I send an ebay invoice. From that time on, their name and address are available to me to paste into my post sale, but the edit data will not enter without me choosing the insurance and payment. I don't know what that is yet. How can I enter the demographics into my postsale account from ebay without the rest pending response from the buyer? Thanks.

Hi there,
You might want to utilize the 'notes' field to save the address info until payment is made. You will find this on the fulfillment checklist page, down at the bottom. Let us know if this is not feasible.

Hi Diana. Getting the info into the notes is feasible but using it isn't practical. The data entry screen is the edit checkout screen, not the postsale screen that would have the account notes at the bottom. And since it has to be pasted into the text boxes word by word and line by line, there is no way to copy the whole address from the notes and carry it over to paste. Any possibility there will ever be any integration for post sale with the ebay checkout beyond importing paypal payments? I am not interested in using the Vendio checkout, either primary or redirect. May I ask that in future upgrades there be a convenient way to paste in just the customer address and phone data? Thanks.
Thanks for the clarification. I am not sure if post-sale integration with eBay checkout is possible, but I'll pass along the suggestion for evaluation.
