Quantities available, on market, and to ship are not updating. Items that we have shipped are still showing we need to ship. Items that have ended on eBay still show on market. Items available are not updating when items end on eBay.

Post sale seems to work fine but inventory edition is not updating items ending from eBay and items shipped.

The problem seems to be with items listed to eBay store.

Will manually posting the auto launches that stopped because limit of postings matched get corrected once they get updated again? Or will I always have 1 mystery item launched stuck there forever?

Hello Harriet and Bruce,

Harriet:

140025867829
140025867775
140025867280
140025867074

-these items were all unsold and archived. This was a bit of a chore as I had to locate them all in your archive then find them in your inventory. Please next time provide us with the Inventory name or SKU. I did locate an item that inventory was off, which I'm assuming is due to an auction being ended early?
(Example: Adult Saying T-shirt SPANK ME T shirts Large L, showing 10 on market, but there are actually 5.)

Bruce:

Inventory will be corrected on those items automatically which were supposed to launch but in fact, did not. This may take a bit of time to correct itself or you can refresh your live items.

Regards,

Ed

Yes the item # i gave were unsold items that ended on eBay yesterday. No, none of these items were ended early.

Yes you may have seen an item that was ended early. We are watching 4 items that we sent to FP from our eBay store. We know what 4 items those are. We were looking into some of eBay's suggestions without much luck.

Here try these;

140030776989
140034382868
140030776989
140026621758
140024382275

These were sold and can be found in post sale. each has been shipped and is marked as such in post sale, but in sales manager, it says we still need to ship 5 of these.

Sorry we archived the listings that ended out of our eBay store yesterday before we seen we were going to have a problem with our inventory count.

We also imported listings to see if this would correct any of them. I'm sure that brought up duplicate listings from closed listings on eBay as well as duplicate images we need to delete.

I know that items I end early on eBay will need to finish the time the have left before the count will be right in inventory manager.

There is a bigger problem here. The counts are off and not all are due to me ending them in some way on eBay. I can account for 4 listings I ended early. This also does not account for the items that we have shipped and marked as shipped and they still show items need to be shipped in inventory manager.

Most of this problem seems to be directly related to eBay store inventory. The items going on and off and sold on auction seem to keep a good count.

Hello oddsend03,

When did the problem you're reporting start? If you noticed it starting yesterday, the issue has in fact been resolved, but note that the fix is not retroactive. This means that if you have items that closed between the morning of 10/4/06 and around 1 PM PDT on 10/5/06 and the corresponding inventory item is not reflecting the correct Qty at Market, you can manually adjust the Qty at Market (just click the number link under the Quantities column, and at the bottom of the item history page you can change the Qty at Market value.)

Please let us know if you continue to experience problems with this, and thank you for your patience.

Best regards,

Diana
